SHIPPING & HANDLING
Every effort is made to process orders as quickly as possible. Processing time from order to shipment can vary. Processing time is generally 2 to 3 business days which does not include the shipping time.
Shipping is done with USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Most common is USPS.
Standard Shipping is generally USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is from our location in Rio Rancho, NM. Delivery is usually within 2 to 5 business days from shipping date. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination.
Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt transportation flow anywhere and with little warning which may affect delivery time.
We make an effort to make sure that all of our products meet your high standards. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know at email@example.com and we'll do our best to resolve the situation. We will happily exchange or issue a refund for any item you purchase.
We offer both exchanges and refunds. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of the date we ship out your order. Shipping is not refundable and refunds without an exchange are subject to a $5 restocking fee. All you will need to do is send the items back to us at the address on your invoice. Please include the invoice with the return. Further include a note indicating what you would like instead, or that you would like a refund. All returned items must be in "as new" condition. "As new" means unwashed, unworn, and unmodified in any way. We cannot exchange or refund items that have been returned with pet hair or strong smells such as perfume/cologne, detergent, and cigarette smoke.
